These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Agent Photo Hub's Website, located at https://agentphotohub.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Agent Photo Hub if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any service from Agent Photo Hub, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Appointments will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

You may reschedule a photo shoot up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.

If we are unable to complete the service upon arrival for any reason—such as the property not being ready or the absence of a key in the lockbox—the service fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled. For example, if the property sells while your photos, floor plans, or other materials are being processed, your order will still be delivered, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Orders in progress, including photos, 3D tours, floor plans, videos, or other digital products, are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the property has sold before delivery.

Property Readiness & Attendance Policy

To ensure the highest quality results and keep our appointments running on schedule, we require all properties to be fully prepared prior to the photographer’s arrival. Please review the following guidelines regarding property readiness, liability, and delays.

1. Property Preparation

Photo-Ready Condition: Properties must be clean, decluttered, and staged before the scheduled appointment time.

On-Site Adjustments: The time allocated for your shoot is strictly for photography, lighting, and composition. It does not include time for cleaning, staging, or moving items.

2. Furniture and Personal Property Liability

No-Handling Policy: To protect your property, our clients, and our team from potential liability or accidental damage, photographers are strictly prohibited from moving furniture, appliances, heavy decor, or personal belongings.

Pre-Arrival Staging: All furniture must be in its desired position before the photographer arrives. If an item is blocking a shot and cannot be moved by the client or agent on-site, it will be photographed as-is.

3. Arrival Grace Period and Delays

15-Minute Window: We shoot multiple properties a day and operate on a strict schedule. We allow a maximum 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time for the photographer to gain access to the property and for any final, minor adjustments.

Departure After 15 Minutes: If the property is inaccessible (e.g., locked out, incorrect lockbox code) or is not ready to be photographed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the photographer will be required to leave the site to make their next appointment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees

If a photographer must leave the site due to the property not being ready, or due to a lack of access after 15 minutes, the shoot will be marked as a Late Cancellation.

A rescheduling fee of 25%-50% of the shoot cost will apply to book a new date and time.

By booking an appointment with Agent Photo Hub, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Property Readiness Policy. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us deliver beautiful images on time!

Turnaround Times

• Photos, Floor Plans, & 3D tours: 24 hours

• Virtual Staging: 24hours from the time we receive photos to edit.

• Videos: 2–3 business days

• Print/Brochures: 2 business days for draft, and 3-4 business days for print and delivery from draft approval

• Custom services: As per your custom estimate

All turnaround times are estimates and are calculated from the time of the on-site photo shoot, not the booking time.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Agent Photo Hub does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Agent Photo Hub, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
